With over 15 years of experience helping schools, municipalities, and businesses strengthen their safety culture and identify the root cause of injuries, the work is grounded in what actually moves the needle — not what looks good on paper. High standards, real stakes, and limited resources shape every recommendation.
Much of the work happens online — faster turnaround, lower overhead, and support that's available when something actually comes up. But safety is personal.
